The Pinocchio association tries to attract the attention of the general public on this specific problem by setting up throughout the country and in various places, information stands about burns of children and teenagers.
Through slideshows, the association intends to draw attention of young people about potential dangers existing continuously and everywhere. Burns are often the result of dangerous behaviours and hazardous situations or materials. Such information and prevention tips are given by people who professionally take care of burned patients.
Two sizes are available which require a surface of :
- 12m2 for the "umbrella" stand (4m width by 3m depth)
- 50m2 for the large stand (10m width by 5m depth).
